Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service Bookings
Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 before the scheduled service time to be eligible for refund.
Cancellations made after this time window may result in partial or no refund, depending on the service provider’s policy.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are non-refundable once they have been successfully delivered.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
