Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Bookings

  • Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 before the scheduled service time to be eligible for refund.

  • Cancellations made after this time window may result in partial or no refund, depending on the service provider’s policy.

  • Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

Physical Products

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Gift Cards

  • All gift cards are non-refundable once they have been successfully delivered.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Fiber Route is not responsible for lost or incorrectly entered recipient details.
